When RY requested for art lessons, we asked for recommendations from friends and Artz Graine came very highly recommended. RY has been with Artz Graine since she was in P4 and we never regret this decision. She enjoyed every lesson. The teachers are very responsive esp Teacher Kuat who is so passionate about art and inspiring. These help to sustain RY's enthusiasm in her pursue of art. Right from the start, RY has prepared the art portfolio more as a journal of her growth in art rather than for DSA applications as she wishes to keep her options opened for her secondary school CCA. To RY, she just wants to enjoy art as it is and not as a means to an end. Nevertheless, we are certain that whatever she has learnt in Artz Grainze will benefit her in years to come. A very big thank you to Teacher Kuat for being her mentor in the budding stage in her pursue of art. We shall see you again after PSLE!

I really enjoyed my art lessons at Artz Graine. The teachers were very patient and helpful in guiding me while I was preparing my art portfolio. They discussed my strengths and weaknesses, and helped me brainstorm ideas for my pieces. They taught me about the different art media I could explore and apply. I appreciate Teacher Kuat for helping me progress. He is a very dedicated and passionate teacher who pushed and motivated me whenever I faced challenges and difficulties. He did not allow me to give up; instead he encouraged me to persevere and focus on my goals.

Cheyanne joined Artz Graine on recommendation from a friend as we felt she was not progressing enough from another school. During her time at Artz Graine, her technique improved tremendously and she started to learn to work with different media. Besides learning how to do the art pieces, she also learned how to write and research about the pieces allowing her to develop further in her art learning journey. The staff was very encouraging and often gave her pointers on how to approach the art pieces. There were also regular sessions with us (parents) to ensure we are aware of her progress. She enjoyed herself during the lessons and the teachers were very friendly and helpful.

Keira truly enjoyed her art lessons with Artz Graine and is very proud of her portfolio and all that she has learned from you and all she has created, as are we :) We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the beautiful experience you've gifted Keira. She has learned so much from you and has blossomed in her creativity - her growth as an artist would not have been possible without Artz Graine. We are also very grateful that you have been offering so much of yourselves to your students during the circuit-breaker period.

Very responsible Teachers especially teacher Kuat and teacher Joanne. My daughter wanted to try AEP and we went to ask Teachers for help. They prep the kid which allow her to be composed and light during actual interview. Teacher Kuat is one of the most patient teacher I have ever come across. Thank you Artz Graine.

Adrian Au Yeung is 4 years old. This was his first time to join an art class. He enjoyed making art work and drawing. In the beginning Adrian used one colour for his drawing, with an encouragement and guidance of the teachers, he enriches the contents of his art work and uses well the colours. It is an interactive class that Adrian will understand the theme of his drawing and will learn how to put his idea onto the paper. Adrian enjoyed the class and had fun. When the class came to an end, Adrian shared with us what he drew and how it was fun in the class. He will expect to come to the class again.

I was drawn to their workshops for 3-4 year olds. They run for only an hour long which was a suitable length of time for restless, little ones. The class size was small and cosy which made it easy for my boy to listen and engage. They were given the chance to explore and figure things out on their own; encouraging independence. Through the process of making art, crafting, the children learnt to develop their fine motor skills. My boy was able to keep up and I could tell he was enjoying himself. When the class ended and we were heading off, he told me: “Mommy, I want to come here every week!” You know a child enjoyed himself when he wants to return.

Artz Graine is a very relaxing place. Being in Marquis class, you will have alot of freedom to do whatever you want. The projects are interesting and I managed to explore things that I usually won't do at home.
- Rachel Preto - Student enrolled under Marquis programme
Both my daughters attended the DSA prep programme at Artz Graine. Through their structured programme in honing the artistic abilities of students, patient and experienced teachers and portfolio and interview preparation, both my kids have successfully gained entry into the SOTA Visual Arts programme. If you have children who are passionate about art or have plans to apply for Secondary School DSA, I will highly recommend Artz Graine!

My triplet sons did many holiday classes with the studio when they were 5 years old. One of the boys love art so much that he pursued the portfolio class when he was in primary 4. The teachers are very creative and willing to listen. They are all out to groom the kids. When they found out that Joshua were into animation, they let him explore animation. The teachers are very accommodating and flexible. My son has a confirmation offer from SOTA all thanks to his teacher who helped him with his portfolio. And Jace, the principal, is great! She even schedule a trial interview with Joshua! Now even my 4th son. Aaron is also learning at the studio!

My children are exposed to various aspects of drawing: composition, pastel, colour pencil techniques, acrylic painting and more! They always look forward to their art classes.

Thank you Artz Graine for giving me such fun-filled Saturday afternoons! I learnt a lot more on how to draw and appreciate art compared to the time when I first came here, which was 4 years ago. I really enjoyed being in Artz Graine and being a part of it! Thank you to all the teachers for nurturing me and letting me grow.
- Loh Emi, enrolled under Rye Programme
The Rye Portfolio program exposed her to various mediums, techniques, genres and styles. It is here that she discovered her talent and love for art and it prepared her well for SOTA’s Talent Academy. The program allowed her to work at her own pace and decide on what she wanted to draw. The beauty of the program is that it allows her to take ownership of her work and hence it allows for creativity to flourish. Her teacher was there to give guidance and teach her the necessary techniques to complete her artwork. Jace has been instrumental in helping ease her anxiety on balancing studies and art which enabled her to press on. Jace is always available to discuss any issues that I may have as well. Thank you Artz Graine Studio, Rebecca can’t wait to commence her studies and art journey at SOTA. Rebecca has been with Artz Graine Studio for 2 years.
